College is stressful, and so is learning how to become an adult. Being away from family and navigating a new environment can lead to anxiety and depression, causing other issues. This project focuses on easing one's mind at night, when it might be hard to fall asleep or keep a quiet mind. Using warm colors, Somnus signals the brain to release calming chemical and subconsciously get the user ready for bed.
